Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

CartKo (cartko.store) is a link-in-bio shop platform for creators in the Philippines. Creators use it to show their links and sell digital products and simple physical items. Buyers pay creators directly. Questions about these terms go to support@cartko.store.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at support@cartko.store if you think someone else is using it.

3. Selling on CartKo

• Only sell products you own or have the right to sell.
• Describe each product honestly, including what the buyer receives and, for physical items, delivery or meet-up details.
• Deliver what buyers paid for, answer their questions and handle refunds as set out in the Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for your own permits, licences, taxes and official receipts (for example BIR registration, or FDA permits for food).
• You may not sell: anything illegal in the Philippines; counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods; content you copied from someone else; adult content; weapons, drugs or regulated medicines; gambling services; scams, “get rich quick” schemes or fake reviews; or anything that promotes hate or violence.

4. Payments

• Buyers pay creators directly through PayPal, GCash, Maya, InstaPay, bank transfer or other methods the creator offers.
• CartKo does not hold or handle the money and is not the seller. The sale is between the buyer and the creator.
• For QR and offline payments, the creator checks the payment and confirms the order. Files unlock once it is confirmed.
• Problems with a payment are first sorted out between the buyer and the creator. CartKo can help through reports, but cannot reverse a GCash, Maya or bank transfer.

5. Buying on CartKo

• When you buy a digital product, you get a personal licence to use it as the creator describes. Unless the creator says otherwise, you may not resell, share or publish the files.
• Your purchases are kept under the email you used at checkout. Use that email to open My purchases.

6. Fees

CartKo is free while it is in preview. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell creators at least 30 days before any charge applies, and nobody is moved to a paid plan without agreeing to it.

7. Your content

Creators keep ownership of everything they upload. You give CartKo permission to store, display and deliver that content so the service works, for example showing your page and sending files to your buyers. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies buyers already received.

8. Reports and enforcement

Anyone can report a page, a product or an order. We review reports and may hide products, pause pages or close accounts that break these terms or put buyers at risk. Where we can, we tell the creator why and give them a chance to respond.

9. Things we can’t promise

We work to keep CartKo running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent Philippine law allows, CartKo is not liable for losses from a sale between a buyer and a creator, or for indirect losses from using the service.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
